Most observed stations opened on time

By 9 a.m. our observers had reported from most of the stations they cover. Nine in ten opened by 6:30 a.m. with all materials present.

Where stations opened late, the presiding officers extended voting by the time lost, as the regulations require.

These are observations from the stations we cover, not a national figure. Only the IEBC declares results.
